Liuhe Pagoda — Six Harmonies Pagoda

With a long history of over 1,000 years, Liuhe Pagoda (六和塔) is very popular among tourists with its ancient charm and the best viewing deck of the Qiantang River. Built in 970 AD during the Northern Song Dynasty, the pagoda was originally constructed to "calm" the Qiantang River's famous tidal bore — the largest in the world.
