Drive to the Lake side park to take a ride on Electric power cart.The electric power cart will move from the Lake side park to South part of westlake,then across the middle of the lake, the North part of the lake, and back to the Lake side park at the end.
After few minutes drive from the lake side part, the first stop you will going to visit is the the Leifeng Pagoda.Leifeng Pagoda as an important cultural and historic attraction in the West Lake Scenic Area is quite familiar and well-known both in Chinese folk culture and Chinese literature history.Leifeng Pagoda is one of the ten sights of the West Lake because of the Legend of the White Snake.The legend was existed as oral traditions long before any written compilation. It has since become a major subject of several Chinese opera, films and TV series.
Acrossing the street is the Jingci Temple one of Four Ancient Temples around West Lake. It's located at the foot of Huiri Peak of Nanping Hill. The Famous 'Evening Bell Ringing at Nanping Hill' — one of Top Ten Views of West Lake — is about this temple. First built in 954 by King Qian Hongchu of Wuyue Kingdom for the eminent Monk — Yongming, the temple was then named Yongming Temple. During the southern Song Dynasty, it was renamed Jingci Temple.
After few minutes drive from the Leifeng Pagoda, the next stop is the Fish Viewing at the Flower Pond(Huagang Park). This spot is located at the southern end of Su Causeway. A clean stream flows from Huajia Hill to join West Lake here, and many flowers grow where the fresh water flows in, so it called "Flowery Harbor". This area now has been made into a 22 hectare (54 acre) park with many varieties of trees and flowers, featuring a peony garden which blooms in April and a goldfish pond which is the famous site for viewing fish.
After acrossing the westlake on Su Causway for around 15 minues.Visit the Xiling Seal-engravers'Society. was originally founded in 1904 and is the oldest and most influential seal engraving art society with the highest achievements. Besides, it was also the first group of Zhejiang’s provincial intangible cultural heritages, the representative organization of UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage “seal engraving art” and is also reputed as the “No. 1 Society in the World”. Xiling Seal-engravers’ Society is located inside the west part of West Lake Scenic Area, which has a wealth of historical relics as well as exquisite gardens, and is also dubbed as “The Best Scenery of the West Lake.”
Continue the driving from Xiling Seal-engravers'Society to the lakeside park. Drive you back to your hotel or the Hangzhou Train Station and tour tour ends.
