Step 1 — Open the booking form & pick your details
On the Impression West Lake show page, scroll to "Book Tickets Online — Secure PayPal Payment" and set:
- Show Date — pick your preferred date (shows run most of the year; closed mid-Dec to early March)
- Show Time — First Show (19:40) or Second Show (21:10)
- Ticket Type — Ordinary Seats (US$50) or VIP Seats ★ (US$60)
- Adults / Children (1.2–1.5m get a discount; under 1.2m free)
- Package — Tickets Only, or + Private Transfer (US$25/adult) from your Hangzhou hotel
Step 2 — Enter your contact details
Fill in your Full Name, Email and Phone / WhatsApp. Your total updates live in the Total (USD) box — no hidden fees.
Step 3 — Pay securely with PayPal
Click the PayPal (or Pay Later / debit or credit card) button. You'll be taken to PayPal's secure checkout — no account needed if you pay by card. Once paid:
- Your e-tickets + QR code are emailed to you within 24 hours
- You'll receive an instant payment confirmation
- Free cancellation up to 24h before the show
